Las Vegas Motor Speedway Laps for Charities

The photos below were taken on January 29, 2012.  With a $30 donation people were allowed to drive their own vehicle three laps around the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.  Looking forward to next year!  Anyone else interested?

Doug and Carla are in the Ford Pickup and Larry and I are in my Mustang.

Can you say AWESOME?  My top speed (according to the GPS) was 89 mph.  The pace car was a Prowler and it kept the 15 car lineup at 75 mph....unless one kept a healthy distant from the vehicle in front and sling-shot in the curve before the Nellis Straight away.  SWEET!
